A solution exists in economic service, but we don't guarantee delay and we
cannot make any complaint to the postal services.
- Delay (not guaranteed): Zone 1/2/3 = 3 to 5 days - Zone 4/5/6/7 = 5 to 7
days - Zone 8 = 7 to 10 jours
Before you contact us about a missing package, please allow twice the maximum
number of days shown on our shipping time. In the meantime, you may visit
your local post office and see if your order is held. Often packages are held
due to customs reasons, or because they won't fit in your mail box.
For the costs of expedition, there are always stationary expenses (about 6
Euros) those changes never (insurance + others), that it is for a model or
several models.
More you have some models in a packet, less it is expensive for the expenses.
For every expedition, we calculate the real costs of the post office + 6 Euros
of expenses fix, without adding anything.
Before every expedition, we send you an e-mail, to propose you an expedition
in priority with insurance or without insurance, with the final cost of the
expedition (if the expenses pass 25% of the total of your order)
